Indigo Flight Cancellation: Indigo Airlines has canceled its scheduled flight from Bhubaneswar to Dubai on March 2, 2026, as tensions continue to escalate in the Middle East. This decision was confirmed by Prasanna Pradhan, Director of Biju Patnaik International Airport, who noted that passengers were informed in advance of the cancellation.
The flight, which operates three times a week on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, was fully booked with 120 passengers for the Monday service. Despite the normal operation of last Friday’s flight, the airline announced the cancellation on Sunday, citing the volatile situation in West Asia as the primary reason.
Historically, the Middle East has been a region of geopolitical turbulence, impacting global travel and trade routes. The current tensions have led to increased scrutiny and precautionary measures by airlines operating in the region.
As the situation remains fluid, no decision has been made regarding the upcoming Wednesday flight. Travelers are advised to stay informed through official channels and prepare for potential disruptions.
