Bangladesh is poised to host its first Broadband Expo 2026 from April 13 to 15 at the Bangladesh–China Friendship Conference Center in Dhaka. Organized by the Internet Service Providers Association of Bangladesh (ISPAB), the expo aims to spotlight the country’s broadband sector’s growth and future potential.

Broadband Expo 2026 theme, ‘Linking People, Linking Future,’ will guide the three-day event, featuring industry leaders and government officials, including Information Minister Zahir Uddin Swapon and Prime Minister’s Adviser Rehan A Asad. The closing ceremony will host Posts, Telecommunications and Information Technology Minister Faqir Mahbub Anam.

The expo will exhibit 25 innovative projects from university students, focusing on robotics and the Internet of Things. An Experience Zone will allow visitors to engage with these technologies, while companies will display their software, hardware, and network products.

With 10 pavilions and 35 mini pavilions, the event will feature prominent industry players like Fiber@Home Limited and Summit Communications Limited as platinum sponsors. The event aims to strengthen Bangladesh’s broadband infrastructure and inspire technological innovation.
